Karachakova Vera Nikolaevna (1943)
Karachakova Vera Nikolaevna - was born on April 19, 1943, in the village of Nizhnyaya Teya, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Khakassia.
Graduated from the Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute in Lvov (1977). Specialty teachers: V. Ovchinnikova. Graphic artist, painter, poet.
The main industries are easel (pastel, watercolors) and book graphics, painting.
Participated in exhibitions: regional, republican, international (1978).
Personal exhibitions - in Simferopol (2006-2008, 2011), Alushta (2008-2009).
Main works: graphics - series "Historical Alushta" (2002), "Singing Pictures" (2009), "Landscapes and Still Lifes" (2010-2011) "On Guard", "Crimean Vine" (2009); painting - triptych "Mountains of Alushta" (2008), "Interdependence", "Singing Stone", "The Myth of Sisyphus" (2011).
The works are stored in the house-museum of A. Beketov and the museum of local lore in Alushta. Lived and worked in the Crimea.
